Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for your next step?
Our client is a leading manufacturing organisation focused on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement. They are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support production and drive equipment performance.
The Role
You’ll provide hands-on maintenance support across automated and manual equipment, ensuring reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Fast breakdown response and fault finding
- Improve equipment reliability and KPIs (MTBF / MTTR)
- Support CI and downtime reduction projects
- Maintain ISO-compliant records and systems
- Support and develop technicians
- Analyse performance data and drive improvements
The Candidate
- Experience in manufacturing maintenance engineering
- Strong mechanical & electrical fault-finding skills
- Experience with breakdowns and PPM systems
- Knowledge of KPIs and continuous improvement
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
