We are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager for a leading organisation delivering housing improvement programmes across the East of England, supporting the delivery of kitchen and bathroom capital works projects on an interim basis.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of planned investment works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of planned investment works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

- Rate: £250–£400 per day (DOE)
- Contract: Interim, 3–6 Months
- Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office

- Lead kitchen and bathroom capital works programmes from start to finish.
- Manage contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor budgets, programme performance, and project risks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and regulatory requirements.
- Produce project reports and updates for senior stakeholders.
- Drive high levels of quality, performance, and resident satisfaction.
- Experience delivering capital works, planned maintenance, or housing investment programmes.
- Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, risks, and project delivery.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Relevant project management qualification (desirable).
