Graduate Teaching Assistant

A vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Hammersmith and Fulham is recruiting a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support its SEN provision from September.

This Graduate Teaching Assistant role is based in a dynamic and supportive secondary school in Hammersmith and Fulham , where creativity and inclusion are central to the learning environment. The successful Graduate Teaching Assistant will work with students across KS3 and KS4, supporting both academic and emotional development.

Responsibilities

Provide targeted support to students with additional needs
Assist in delivering engaging and accessible lesson content
Support students in developing confidence and independence
Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral staff
Help implement structured intervention programmes



Requirements

Degree qualification or equivalent experience
Genuine interest in working with young people in education
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
