This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who provide a wide range of design services to high profile projects across Yorkshire. They are looking for a proactive and talented Architectural Technologist to join their Leisure team in their Sheffield studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

• Manage and deliver Leisure projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
• Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
• Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
• Strong experience working from RIBA stages 4 onwards
• Strong technical detailing skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
